عمران خان کا راوی سٹی سکینڈل

۔ دنیا کے سب سے بڑے وژنری عمران خان کی ویڈیو اس وقت سوشل میڈیا پر وائرل ہے جس میں وہ کسی پراپرٹی ڈیلر کی طرح اپنی ھاؤسنگ سوسائٹی کی تشہیر کر رہا ہے۔ یاد رہے موصوف تب وزیراعظم پاکستان تھا۔ اس اشتہار میں  وہ بتا رہا ہے کہ راوی سکڑ کا نالہ بن جائیگا لہذا میں اس خشک دریا میں یہاں ایک عظیم سوسائیٹی لانچ کر رہا ہوں۔ عوام ہم سے پلاٹ خریدیں۔

اس منصوبے کا ایک پس منظر ہے۔ اس سے پہلے عمران خان ملک ریاض سے تعلقات استوار کر چکا تھا۔ اس کو 190 ملین پاؤنڈ بخش کر اس سے 8 ارب روپے کیش، زمین اور جواہرات کی شکل میں وصول کر چکا تھا۔ پھر ملک ریاض نے عمران خان کے ساتھ ملکر خیبرپختونخوا میں بغیر زمین کے بحریہ پشاور لانچ کی۔ صرف فائلیں بیچ کر خیبرپختونخوا سے 50 ارب روپے سمیٹ لیے کسی کو ایک انچ زمین دئیے بغیر۔ اس میں سے عمران خان کو اسکا حصہ دے کر باقی ملک ریاض ہضم کر گیا۔ خیبرپختونخوا کے جس ایماندار افسر نے اس میں رکاؤٹ ڈالنے کی کوشش کی اس کو عمران خان نے ہٹا دیا تھا۔ وہ واقعہ بھی کافی مشہور ہے۔  

لیکن عمران خان کے منہ کو پراپرٹی کا خون لگا گیا۔ اس کو آئیڈیا ہوگیا کہ اس کام میں بہت مال ہے۔ جس کے بعد کسی نے اسکی توجہ دریائے راوی کی خشک ہوتی زمین کی طرف دلائی۔ عمران خان نے فوراً سوسائٹی بنانے کا فیصلہ کیا اور ملک کے بڑے ڈیلروں کو حصہ لینے کا کہا۔ جب پیسوں کی برسات ہوئی تو عمران خان کو لگا کہ پیسے تو زیادہ مل سکتے ہیں اور دریا کے اندر زمین کم ہے لہذا اس نے راوی کے کنارے موجود زرخیز زمینیں بھی مقامیوں سے زبردستی لینی شروع کر دیں۔ کسانوں سے 26 ہزار روپے کنال کے عوض تقریباً 40 ہزار کنال زمین زبردستی چھینی گئی اور اس کے خلاف کیا گیا کسانوں کا احتجاج بری طرح کچل دیا۔ عمران خان کا وژن تھا کہ وہ یہ سوسائٹی پھیلا کر 8 لاکھ کنال تک لے جائیگا جس میں شیخوپورہ کے کسانوں سے بھی زمینیں چھینی جائنگی۔ یوں یہ پاکستان کی سب سے بڑی سوسائیٹی ہوگی۔ 

اس وقت جن لوگوں نے عمران خان کو روکنے کی کوشش کی کہ بھائی آپ دریا کی پلاٹنگ نہیں کرسکتے نہ کسانوں کی زرخیز زمینوں پر یوں قبضہ کرنا ٹھیک ہے انکو بری طرح جھڑک دیا گیا۔ اللہ کا شکر ہے کہ عمران خان کا یہ خوفناک منصوبہ کبھی مکمل نہیں ہوسکا اور اس سے پہلے ہی اسکے اقتدار کا سورج غروب ہوگیا۔ آج اگر دریا راوی کے بیچ میں عمران خان کی وہ عظیم سوسائیٹی موجود ہوتی تو اس کے مکینوں کو ہم سمندر میں ڈھونڈ رہے ہوتے۔
