۔ جسٹس اطہر من اللہ جج بننے سے پہلے اپنے باپ کی سفارش پر سول سروس میں بطور کسٹم آفیسر گئے اور جاتی ہی کرپشن اور رشوت خوری پر جبری ریٹائرڈ کیے گئے۔ وہاں سے اپنے سسر کی سفارش پر وکیل بنے۔ افتخار چوہدری کی تحریک میں اس کے ترجمان بن گئے جس پر اس کو افتخار چوہدری نے جج بنوا دیا۔ 

اسکی بیوی غزالہ اطہر من اللہ یونیورسٹی کالج میں شعبہ قانون کی ڈین ہے۔ مردوں کی طرح بال کاٹنے والی غزالہ وہاں قانون کے بجائے طلباء کو یوتھیا بنانے کے مشن پر رہتی ہیں۔

اطہرمن اللہ کے دونوں بیٹے کینیڈین نیشنل ہیں اور خود اطہر من اللہ کے بارے میں بھی اس کے ساتھی کہتے ہیں کہ کینیڈا کی نیشنلٹی لے چکا ہے۔ اس کے ایک بیٹے یاسر من اللہ کی اکثر نشے میں دھت کلبوں میں ڈانس کرنے کی وڈیوز آتی رہتی ہیں۔ 

اطہر من اللہ کی بہن ثمر من اللہ فلمیں وغیرہ بناتی ہیں۔ مشہور ہم جنس پرست ہیں۔ اسی نے بدنام زمانہ سوات کی جعلی ویڈیو بنائی تھی۔ 

جسٹس اطہر من اللہ کسی لینڈ لارڈ خاندان سے نہیں ہیں۔ نہ ہی کوئی فیملی بزنس ہے۔ اس کے باؤجود جج بننے کے بعد ارب پتی ہوچکے ہیں۔ کہاں سے آئی یہ دولت کے جواب میں ایک مثال دیتا ہوں۔ موصوف نے چک شہرزاد من ساڑھے 3 ہزار گز کا اسپتال کے لیے مختص پلاٹ اپنے کے لیے کمرشل کروایا اور بیچ کر کروڑوں کمائے۔ اس قسم کے پریکٹیسز سے آئی ہے یہ دولت۔ 

جمہوریت کی بات کریں تو اس کی والدہ جنرل ضیاء کے دور میں مخصوص نشتوں پر ایم این اے بنی تھیں اور ضیاء کے گن گاتی تھیں۔ جب جسٹس شوکت عزیز صدیقی نے جنرل فیض کے خلاف آواز اٹھائی تو جسٹس اطہر من اللہ نے اسکا بائیکاٹ کروا دیا تھا۔ 

انسانی حقوق کی بات کریں تو محض ذاتی عناد پر ایک خاتون وکیل کو 27 دن کے لیے جیل بھیج دیا تھا۔ یہ واقعہ اسلام آباد کچہری میں کافی مشہور ہوا تھا۔ جب شناختی کارڈ دیکھ کر پنجابیوں کو قتل کیا جاتا ہے تو اس جج کے ماتھے پر کبھی شکن نہیں آئی۔ جب اسلام آباد میں بی ایل اے والے آکر تماشا لگاتے ہیں اور جعفر ایکپریس حملے کی تائید کرتے ہیں تو بھی اس جج کو شرم نہیں آئی۔ اس پر بھی کبھی شرم نہیں آئی ان خواتین کے پلے کارڈ پر موجود "مسنگ پرسنز" حملے کرتے پائے جاتے ہیں۔

کیمرہ دیکھ کر سیاسی تقاریر کرنے کے سخت شوقین ہیں۔ عمران خان کی سہولت کاری کے لیے بدنام ہیں۔ ہمیشہ سے اسکا نشانہ ریاست اور فوج رہی ہے۔ عمران خان کی سپورٹ بھی تب شروع کی جب عمران خان نے ریاست پاکستان کو نشانہ بنانا شروع کر دیا۔ پاکستان کی تباہی میں ایسے کرپٹ، سیاسی اور ملک دشمن ججوں کا بہت بڑا کردار ہے۔
