ایرانی اسٹیل کارخانوں پر حملے، معیشت کو بڑا دھچکا

ایران کے دو بڑے اسٹیل کارخانے — مبارکہ (اصفہان) اور خوزستان (اہواز) — پر ہونے والے فضائی حملوں نے ملک کی اسٹیل پیداوار اور برآمدی صلاحیت کو کھٹکا پہنچایا ہے۔ رپورٹوں کے مطابق اسٹوریج اور بجلی کے بنیادی نظام کو نقصان پہنچا، خوزستان کی پیداوار رک گئی جبکہ مبارکہ جزوی طور پر چل رہا ہے۔ ماہرین نے براہِ راست نقصانات کا تخمینہ 5 تا 6 ارب ڈالر لگایا ہے اور نشاندہی کی ہے کہ طویل المدتی نقصان، پابندیوں، مہنگائی اور محنت کشوں کے ہجرت کے خطرے کے ساتھ تعمیراتی اور صنعتی زنجیروں میں پھیل سکتا ہے۔

متعلقہ رپورٹوں کے مطابق ذخیرہ و توانائی کے بنیادی ڈھانچوں، آئرن و اسٹیل ورکشاپس اور الائے اسٹیل لائنوں کو نقصان پہنچا ہے؛ وال اسٹریٹ جرنل کے مطابق خوزستان کی پیداوار مکمل طور پر رک گئی جبکہ مبارکہ کو کچھ نقصان کے باوجود جزوی طور پر چلتے بتایا گیا۔ عالمی اسٹیل ایسوسی ایشن کے اعداد و شمار کے مطابق ایران 2025 میں خام اسٹیل پیداوار میں نمایاں رہا، جب کہ مبارکہ کے برآمدی ریکارڈ سے کمپنی نے مارچ 2025 تا جنوری 2026 میں 860 ملین ڈالر کمائے۔

ممکنہ معاشی اثرات

ماہرین نے براہِ راست نقصانات کا تخمینہ 5 سے 6 ارب ڈالر لگایا ہے اور کہا ہے کہ اثرات تعمیرات، مینوفیکچرنگ اور دیگر ذیلی شعبوں تک پھیل سکتے ہیں۔ اسٹیل کی صنعت پابندیوں کے باوجود غیر تیل آمدنی کا اہم ذریعہ رہی ہے، اس لیے اس شعبے میں طویل المدتی تنزّل قومی آمدنی اور برآمدات پر واضح اثر ڈال سکتا ہے۔ کچھ متاثرہ یونٹس تکنیکی طور پر چند ماہ میں بحال ہو سکتے ہیں، مگر کم منافع والے حصے دوبارہ تعمیر کے قابل نہ رہنے پر درآمد کو اقتصادی حل بننے کا امکان رکھتے ہیں۔

سماجی سطح پر خوزستان میں لگ بھگ 10 ہزار کارکن مصروف عمل ہیں اور طویل بندش سے ٹھیکیداروں، سپلائرز اور مقامی معیشت کو بھی نقصان پہنچ سکتا ہے۔ ماہرین کا کہنا ہے کہ جنگ کی طوالت ریاستی وسائل کو محاذ پر مرکوز کرے گی، اور پابندیوں، افراطِ زر اور طویل مدتی انتظامی کمزوریوں کے باعث بحالی مشکل تر ہو سکتی ہے۔
